TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Leibniz-FLI intends to introduce an integrated ERP standard software to support its commercial and administrative processes, and to provide it at least with technical operations support. A Software-as-a-Service solution is envisaged as the target scenario; the award is not restricted exclusively to SaaS. The solution shall meet the requirements of a publicly funded research institution and replace the existing ERP procedures. The scope of services in particular includes financial accounting and fixed-asset accounting, budget and budget management, procurement and materials management, cost and performance accounting/controlling, third-party funding and project management, as well as reporting. The functions are to be provided on an integrated data and process basis. The contract includes fine planning, setup and parameterisation, data migration, interfaces to the relevant upstream/downstream systems, tests, training, ensuring operational readiness, support for go-live and stabilisation, as well as technical operations support or SaaS operation, maintenance, updates, support and regulated services at the end of the contract.
