The core scope of work for this tender is the new conclusion of a leasing contract for a mid-range electric vehicle.

The Statement of Work summary and core deliverables include:

• A 24-month contract term.
• Inclusion of maintenance (including general inspection/emissions test and tire changes) and repairs (excluding insurance cases).
• Workshop visits in Berlin, including the provision and cost coverage of a replacement vehicle for the downtime.
• A pick-up and drop-off service between AOK connect and the workshop.
• A mobility guarantee for accidents and breakdowns.
• A minimum mileage of 2,000 km per month (24,000 km per year).
• The vehicle must be usable within Germany and at least the Schengen area, plus Great Britain and Ireland.
• Usage by a minimum of two registered drivers, each over 25 years old and holding a driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Provision of the vehicle no later than the end of March 2027, with pick-up and return in Berlin.
• Payment via invoice or SEPA direct debit mandate.
• The vehicle must be a mid-range electric vehicle (e.g., Audi A6 e-Tron, VW ID.7, BMW i4, or equivalent) with a gross list price of up to 71,400 EUR.
• It can be a new car or a used car (not older than one year and with up to 10,000 km mileage).
• Specific vehicle requirements include a limousine or station wagon body type, 4/5 doors, metallic black or grey color, electric drive, a minimum range of 600 km (WLTP), minimum charging power of 200 kW, 400V DC charging, inclusion of Mode 2 and Mode 3 charging cables, all-season tires, cruise control with adaptive distance control, active lane-keeping assist/steering assist, front and rear parking aid including a rearview camera, Bluetooth hands-free system, heat pump, automatic climate control with auxiliary climate control, navigation system, black leather or synthetic leather seats, and a set of floor mats.
• The vehicle must be free of decals, or any existing decals must be removable.
• Offers including vehicles from Tesla Inc. cannot be accepted.
