TENDER DESCRIPTION

Tasks of the general planner (GP) The GP is the central controlling body. It also provides the overarching monitoring of dates, budgets and quality standards. These include: Scheduling and monitoring of dates: coordination of all trades, coordination of planning stages and ensuring consistent project progress. Cost framework and budget control: review of planning options, estimation of impacts on costs and early identification of potential savings. Ensuring planning quality: compliance with technical standards, norms and regulatory requirements, especially in sensitive areas such as teaching laboratories. Risk management and early identification of problems: identifying deviations, bottlenecks or planning risks and initiating suitable countermeasures. The communication structure, decision-making pathways and reporting are specified in the organisational manual and are to be implemented by the GP. If adjustments are required as part of the project schedule, these are agreed between the AG and the AN and documented in the organisational manual.
