TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is the upgrading of existing systems, their installation and commissioning, and the provision of service and operating services over a period of 48 months, with the option to extend twice for an additional 12 months each. The scope of services for the upgrading comprises delivery, installation and commissioning of: - server systems - PC clients as replacement for existing systems - software and licenses as part of the updates and extensions required - network and security systems including the required licenses The scope of services under the framework contract for maintenance, service and operation comprises: - operation of all servers and server services - operational support for special systems - maintenance and service for all client systems - operation and maintenance of the respective peripheral IT—provided that it is in the possession of the foundation—together with the related components and, if applicable, software - supplementary and replacement procurement More detailed information is provided in the service description.
