The subject of the procurement is the upgrading of existing systems, their installation and commissioning, and the provision of service and operating services over a period of 48 months with two options to extend, each by 12 months. The scope of services for upgrading includes delivery, installation and commissioning of: - Server systems - PC clients as replacement of existing systems - Software and licences as part of the required updates and extensions - Network and security systems including the required licences The scope of the framework contract for maintenance, service and operation includes: - Operation of all servers and server services - Operational support for special systems - Maintenance and service for all client systems - Operation and maintenance of the respective peripheral IT— insofar as it is owned by the foundation— as well as associated components and if applicable software - Supplementary and replacement procurements More detailed information is contained in the performance description.
