The subject of the invitation to tender is the provision, implementation and operation of a digital solution for e-procurement processes. The solution shall map decentralized requisition, ordering and approval processes as well as functions of central purchasing, including contract management. The solution must support up to three legally independent organizations, each with its own organizational structures, authorizations, approval workflows and ERP connections. In addition, an interface to a jointly used product and supplier catalog must be provided.
