The scope of services includes in particular: 1. Provision of the specialist software, including all required usage rights 2. Performance of the detailed design specification 3. Configuration and required customization 4. Technical implementation 5. Setup of the required interfaces 6. Support for the initial setup of the organisational, reference and configuration data 7. Conducting and accompanying the required tests 8. Training of users and administrative roles 9. Go-live and follow-up support 10. Maintenance, servicing, support and further development 11. Provision and operation of the specialist software according to one of the approved operating models The following operating models are approved for the provision and operation of the specialist software: • Operation of the specialist software in the IT infrastructure or data centre of IT-Verbund Landsberg am Lech KU as an on-premises solution • Operation of the specialist software by the contractor or a subcontractor appointed by it as Software-as-a-Service or cloud solution.
