TENDER DESCRIPTION
The objective of this tender is the procurement, integration and operation of a statistical and analysis tool as a SaaS solution for evaluating the usage of a social intranet based on SharePoint Online. The intranet is structured as a SharePoint hub webpage and currently comprises approximately 50 standalone sites with approximately 26,000 documents and approximately 6,000 pages. The usage volume is approximately 1.3 to 2.0 million page views per month (approximately 20 million per year). The objective is to provide reliable, traceable and repeatably evaluable usage KPIs and reports for the editorial team and authorized evaluation roles, as well as secure integration into the M365 Tenant of the Deutsche Bundesbank (Bundesbank).
