TENDER DESCRIPTION
The objective of this invitation to tender is the procurement, integration and operation of a statistics and analysis tool as a SaaS solution for evaluating the use of a social intranet based on SharePoint Online. The intranet is organized as a SharePoint hub website and currently comprises about 50 standalone sites with approximately 26,000 documents and about 6,000 pages. The usage volume is about 1.3 to 2.0 million page views per month (about 20 million per year). The aim is to provide reliable, traceable and repeatably evaluable usage metrics and reports for editorial staff and authorized reporting roles, as well as secure integration into the Bundesbank’s M365 tenant.
