TENDER DESCRIPTION
The division into lots is required in order to separate the different trades, for which, based on experience, significantly different discount rates are granted. In the invitation to tender, a discount rate is requested for each lot (lot discount). The tenderer that meets the exclusion criteria and offers the highest discount (lowest price) is awarded the contract for the respective lot. For this purpose, a discount rate for lots 1 - 4 is requested (group discount). There is the possibility that the tenderers will be awarded contracts for lots 1 - 4 via the group discount. A group discount will only be taken into account if the tender is the most economically advantageous in each individual lot of the lot combination.
