TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority intends to procure 3 solo buses (Lot 1). The technical requirements and other items of performance are to be found in the specifications (Appendix 6.1 Solo buses). The target delivery date for the vehicles is 15.12.2027. The tenderer specifies a guaranteed delivery date in Appendix 6.1; this will be assessed in terms of price in accordance with Section 12 of the AzA. The latest permissible guaranteed delivery date is 31.03.2028; tenders with a later guaranteed delivery date will be excluded.
