TENDER DESCRIPTION

For Lot 1 "Team leads of the CMS operations team "Web Site Management" by OpenText (MAP) and the CMS operations team "Drupal" (info portal and VWP)", a total of two people are required. The head of this operations team takes on, in addition to managing the team, the tasks related to the CMS architecture. The following activities are essentially to be performed: 1. Lead the CMS operations team "Web Site Management" by OpenText 2. Manage and take over the operational operation of the CMS components: Web Site Manager (with portal component "Portal Site Manager") and associated Oracle databases 3. Plan and set up the CMS architecture 4. Interface to management 5. Ongoing optimization of the technical infrastructure (network analyses and operating system configurations, high-availability architectures, problem management) 6. Ongoing optimization of operating processes 7. Plan and manage commissioning of new portal roles 8. Plan and manage internal projects, e.g. for setting up and commissioning new or additional infrastructures 9.
