TENDER DESCRIPTION
Within the framework of the MultiScale project to modernise the biotechnical facilities at the IMMB, the IMMB of the University of Münster intends to procure a total of five bioreactors with working volumes of 10 L (3x), 100 L (1x) and 500 L (1x). The bioreactors will replace or complement the capacities that are already available and still to be procured for the cultivation of microorganisms at a scale from 1 ml to 500 L. The tender for the procurement of the five bioreactors and the required accessories has been divided into three lots. The three 10 L bioreactors to be procured are grouped in Lot 1 (3.1.1). The two bioreactors with working volumes of 100 L and 500 L are tendered together in Lot 2 (3.1.2). Lots 1 and 2 each include the bioreactors including the control and control unit(s), the infrastructure for supplying the bioreactors (skid), the necessary infrastructure for measuring and controlling the process parameters by means of sensors (including the connection cables for sensors), as well as control PC and required software. Lot 3 (3.1.3) includes the sensors for continuous determination of pH, pO2, redox potential and cell density for all five bioreactors tendered in…
