TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to procure up to 2 low-floor solo buses with electric drive (electric buses) for the electrification of the bus fleet. The technical requirements and other services are set out in Annex 6. The use of the electric buses is intended for public local passenger transport. The final planning as to whether electric buses are needed, how many electric buses are needed, and in which traffic they will be used has not yet been completed. Due to funding law deadlines, the final planning could not be awaited. Therefore, the contracting authority is tendering a framework agreement for the electric buses (see Annex 8 § 2). The contracting authority will call off between 0 and a maximum of 2 vehicles from the framework agreement depending on demand. There is no obligation for the contracting authority to accept any vehicles from the framework agreement. The latest delivery date for the vehicles is 31.10.2028. The earliest date is 01.12.2027. The contractor agrees the exact delivery date of the vehicles within this time corridor with the contracting authority.
