TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to procure up to 2 low-floor solo buses with electric drive (electric buses) to electrify the bus fleet. The technical requirements and other items of service are set out in Annex 6. The electric buses are intended to be used in local public passenger transport. Final planning as to whether electric buses are required, how many electric buses are required and in which traffic services they will be used could not yet be carried out. Due to grant-related deadlines, the final planning could not be awaited. Therefore, the contracting authority is issuing a framework agreement for the electric buses (see Annex 8, Section 2). Depending on demand, the contracting authority will place orders for 0 to maxi-mum 2 vehicles under the framework agreement. There is no obligation for the contracting authority to accept deliveries under the framework agreement. The latest delivery date for the vehicles is 31.10.2028. The earliest point in time is 01.12.2027. The contractor shall agree the exact delivery date of the vehicles with the contracting authority within this time corridor.
