TENDER DESCRIPTION
Framework agreement for the award of a contract for the procurement of up to 30 ballast spreading and track levelling machines. Procedure: negotiated procedure with a prior competition for participation Customer: DB BahnbauGruppe GmbH. Essential requirements for the vehicles (non-exhaustive): a. Capable plough technology (side, shoulder and centre plough) for producing ballast profiles in accordance with Ril 824; adjustable plough geometry (height, angle, offset) with reproducible accuracy b. Working output ≥ 1500 m/h for profile finishing in accordance with the regulations c. Suitability for all track superstructure types (concrete, wooden and plastic sleepers) as well as tracks and points; can operate at minimum radius 170 m and at cant deficiencies/increases up to 180 mm d. Use in the DB network (at least route category D2) with proof of full approval in accordance with the 4th railway package e. Equipment with ETCS in accordance with the requirements in the service specification (Lastenheft) and the TSI f.
