TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the lot-wise delivery of a total of 800 brand-new business notebooks including a full license for Microsoft Windows 11 Pro, documentation and 60 months of on-site service. The devices will be used as standardized workstation computers in the contracting authority’s administrative environment. The offered devices must be able to be integrated without replacing the existing workstation infrastructure and without making fundamental changes to the existing network, security, deployment and support processes. - Lot 1: Business notebook of the 16-inch class (15.7 to 16.3 inches) 700 units - permanently integrated separate number pad - Lot 2: Mobile business notebook of the 14-inch class (13.7 to 14.3 inches) 100 units - no separate number pad; compact and light The complete delivery of the tendered base quantity must take place no later than within 12 weeks after receipt of the written notice of award.
