• Engine: A Stage V diesel engine with exhaust gas purification (without urea) and an automatic regenerating diesel particulate filter.
• Tank: An aluminum fuel tank of approximately 150 liters, sufficient for about 18 hours of operation at 75% PRP, also featuring a catch basin with leakage monitoring.
• Structure: An aluminum hood with integrated sound insulation (<65 dB(A)), various lockable access flaps (machine room, equipment room, control cabinet), LED interior lighting, and roof-mounted exhaust and waste air ducting.
• Lighting: A pneumatic light mast that is manually rotatable, with a light point height of approximately 6 meters, operated from the control cabinet, and equipped with at least 4x150W LED lights usable in all grid forms and for external feed.
• Functions: The systems must support direct supply (IT/protective separation) and emergency power for buildings (TN).
• Labeling: Application of specific reflective foils (Oralite 5600E in Red, Yellow, White, Black) for various markings, including city emblems, "KATASTROPHENSCHUTZ", "112", the official license plate, "www.notfallMG.de", torque/tire pressure indications, and warning markings.
• Miscellaneous Deliverables: This includes providing operating manuals, spare parts catalogs, wiring diagrams (on data carrier or via online portal), test protocols, StVZO expert opinions, manufacturer training for five persons at the factory (including a test run), and operational fueling with sulfur-free diesel fuel.
