TENDER DESCRIPTION

The State of Hesse, represented by the Hessian Police Headquarters for Technology (HPT), Willy-Brandt-Allee 20, 65197 Wiesbaden, intends to award vehicle towing services on behalf of the Hessian Police. On the basis of these “tender documents”, all interested economic operators are invited pursuant to Section 15(1) sentence 1 of the Procurement Ordinance (VgV) to submit an offer in the open procedure (divided into 2 lots). The contracting authority concludes a framework agreement with up to 300 framework agreement partners on the contractor side for vehicle towing services for vehicles of all types in the weight class of up to and including 3.5 tonnes (t) gross vehicle weight (GVW) (Lot 1). The number of individual vehicle towing services that occurred in individual regions of the performance area “Hesse” during the period 2022 - 2025 may, for information purposes, be taken from Annex 907 “Vehicle towing services 2022-2025”. The estimated contract value (net) for Lot 1 is EUR 14,338,007.95 (net). The maximum contract volume (upper limit) (net) for Lot 1 is EUR 17,205,609.54 (net).
