TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Land of Hesse, represented by the Hessian Police Headquarters for Technology (HPT), Willy-Brandt-Allee 20, 65197 Wiesbaden, intends to award vehicle towing services on behalf of the Hessian police. On the basis of these “tender documents”, all interested economic operators are requested to submit an offer in an open procedure (divided into 2 lots) in accordance with Section 15(1) sentence 1 of the Procurement Regulation (VgV). The contracting authority concludes a framework agreement with up to 300 framework agreement partners on the contractor side for vehicle towing services for vehicles of all types in the weight class up to and including 3.5 tonnes (t) gross vehicle weight (zGM) (Lot 1). The number of individual vehicle towing services that occurred in individual regions of the territory covered by the contract in the period 2022 – 2025 may, for information purposes, be taken from Annex 907 “Vehicle towing services 2022-2025”.
