Lot-by-lot procurement of vehicle recovery services (towing, transporting, salvaging and official custody) on behalf of the Hessian Police. The "estimated value" for this lot amounts to: 517.364,13 EUR (net). Note on the maximum contract volume (upper limit) (net): 620.836,96 EUR (net). The maximum contract volume (upper limit) (net) of the framework agreements for this lot is set out in Euro (net) in Annex 907 "Contract values by lot". The maximum contract volume (upper limit) (net) of the framework agreement for this lot is regulated in this Annex 907 in the spreadsheet tab "Contract values by lot" in column M. The maximum contract volume (upper limit) (net) is the maximum value (net) for all services commissioned unilaterally, in total, from the framework agreement for this lot by the contracting authority. Commissioned services are those services which the contracting authority may request, by individual orders, during the entire term of the framework agreement for this lot—i.e. during the maximum term of the framework agreement including all extensions for this lot—at most unilaterally from the contractor.
