To implement this project, various devices are procured. The procedure is divided into 9 lots: - Lot 1: Delivery, installation and commissioning of an electron spin resonance spectrometer (ESR/EPR) - Lot 2: Delivery and installation of a nitrogen liquefier - Lot 3: Delivery and installation of a nitrogen generator with filtration system - Lot 4: Delivery of a mixed-signal oscilloscope - Lot 5: Delivery, installation and commissioning of a microarray reader (multimode microplate reader) - Lot 6: Delivery, installation and commissioning of an MTF measurement station (optics test station) - Lot 7: Delivery, installation and commissioning of a dynamic contact angle measuring device - Lot 8: Delivery, installation and commissioning of a wafer prober - Lot 9: Delivery of optical and optomechanical components as well as optical measurement technology The specifications can be taken from the nine performance specifications.
