TENDER DESCRIPTION

The electricity supply is intended to be provided to several offtake points/market locations (currently 91 units) of the State Enterprise Forest and Wood North Rhine-Westphalia. It is intended to conclude an all-inclusive electricity supply contract in which the electricity supplier is obliged to contractually arrange the required grid usage with the respective grid operator. The grid usage charges to be paid to the grid operator are part of the electricity price offered by the electricity supplier and agreed upon upon award. Payment of the grid usage charges to the grid operator is the responsibility of the electricity supplier. The expected total offtake quantity for currently 91 offtake points is 850,000 kWh per year. However, this is only an estimate and serves as the basis for calculation for the preparation of the offer. The actual offtake quantity depends on the demand that arises and may therefore both exceed and fall short of the above-mentioned estimated value.
