TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority, MEISOP gGmbH-Coswig, intends to procure care, security and hospital beds including mattresses, bedside tables and bed lamps for all facilities of the company. In addition to delivery, the scope of procurement includes transport within the company to the respective places of destination, full installation at the respective place of destination, functional testing and handover and instruction to the contracting authority ready for operation. The scope of delivery is determined by the enclosed specification of services (Leistungsverzeichnis). The contract award will not be divided into lots. Even with particular consideration of Section 97(4) GWB and the SME promotion measures included therein, splitting into partial lots—for example with regard to the individual items to be supplied—does not appear sensible in the present case. The affected scope of delivery of care, security and hospital beds including mattresses, bedside tables and bed lamps should, without exception, be fully supplied in coordination with one another and therefore in its entirety.
