TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority, MEISOP gGmbH-Coswig, intends to procure care, security and hospital beds including mattresses, bedside tables and bed lamps for all facilities of the company. In addition to delivery, procurement includes in-house transport to the respective destinations, full installation at the respective destination, functional testing and commissioning-ready handover and instruction for the contracting authority. The scope of delivery is determined by the enclosed specification (service description). The tender is not being conducted in lots. Even with particular consideration of Section 97(4) of the GWB and the associated SME promotion measures contained therein, the division into partial lots—for example, with regard to the individual items to be delivered—does not appear sensible in the present case. The affected scope of delivery of care, security and hospital beds including mattresses, bedside tables and bed lamps should, without exception, be coordinated with each other and therefore be supplied in full.
