TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Viersen intends to build new cafeterias and new classrooms as well as rooms for immediately associated ancillary uses at several school locations. The existing cafeterias and kitchens are outdated with regard to their areas and dimensions and are intended, in the medium term, to be put to other uses. With the new cafeterias including kitchen areas, considerable new potential for reorganizing the facilities is to be created. The additional classrooms and immediately associated ancillary uses are to be used to implement modern pedagogy (cluster system). Specifically, these additional requirements arise from - seating storage for cafeterias for multifunctional use as an auditorium, - materials storage for the school and OGS, - offices for (social-)educational staff, - shared central area(s) in accordance with the cluster, - team station(s) in accordance with the cluster, - differentiation room and - the need for up-to-date equipment with a focus on the school entry phase (year groups 1 (and 2)).
