TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Viersen intends to build new refectories and new classrooms as well as rooms for directly associated ancillary uses at multiple school locations. The current refectories and kitchens are outdated with regard to their areas and dimensions and are to be used for other purposes in the medium term. With the new refectories including kitchen areas, significant new potential will be created for reorganising operations. The additional classrooms and directly associated ancillary uses are to be used to implement modern teaching (cluster system). Specifically, these additional requirements arise from - seating storage for refectories for multifunctional use as an auditorium, - storage for materials for the school and the OGS, - offices for (social-)educational staff, - shared centres in accordance with the cluster, - team stations in accordance with the cluster, - a differentiation room and - the need for modern equipment focusing on the school entry phase (grades 1 (and 2)).
