TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kusel-Altenglan Verbandsgemeinde is procuring two TSF-W for its volunteer fire brigade. They are designed for use with a maximum vehicle crew of 1/5/6. The contract is awarded in two lots: • Lot 1 Vehicles each with superstructure • Lot 2 Payloads/equipment The following rules, regulations and standards must be complied with in their respective current version: • EN 1846 – Firefighting vehicles, in all parts • DIN 14502 – Firefighting vehicles, Part 3, color scheme • DIN 14530-17, priority firefighting pumping vehicle – water • Requirements for fire-fighting vehicles in Rhineland-Palatinate • Fixed-price overview – vehicles of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate • Technical Guideline BOS (TR BOS) • EMC Directive 95/54 EC (for driving operation); otherwise EMVG in its current version • Quality requirements in accordance with ISO 9001 and 9002 • Road traffic licensing regulations StVZO • Vehicle licensing regulation FZV • Regulations concerning electrical installations VDE-/DIN standards • DGUV Regulation 49 “Fire brigades” • DGUV Regulation 70 “Vehicles” • all other recognized rules of technology The offer and all certificates and documents must be submitted in German.
