TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Independent staffing of an RTW of the provider for basic needs For the proper performance of the tasks in accordance with Section 9 RettG NRW, the Contractor (LE) assumes the staffing of a provided RTW for the provision of emergency rescue and patient transport services from Monday to Sunday within the time window from 00:00 to 24:00 with weekly average 168 staffing hours without breaks and in sole responsibility. For this purpose, the provider (Träger) makes an appropriate RTW available to the LE. During the time when the unit is not deployed, work and on-call duties are performed. The LE is required to comply with a duty/shift schedule specified by the provider. The duty/shift schedule may be changed at any time with two months' notice. If the LE does not provide the service or does not provide it with more than four hours’ notice of cancellation, the provider may reduce the payment per day of non-performance by 1/360 of the annual price. 2.
