The procurement includes inspection of roof safety equipment, which shall be carried out on an ongoing basis following requests/orderings for selected properties. The purpose of the inspection is to ensure that roof safety equipment and access routes are safe and suitable for their intended purpose, and that deficiencies are identified, prioritised, and that remedial proposals are developed. In addition, the consultant shall also be able, following request/order from the Contracting Authority, to carry out the proposed measure and to conduct the final inspection.
