TENDER DESCRIPTION
Survey of vegetation and use types in accordance with the Bavarian Compensation Ordinance, as well as recording additional equipment elements in the public green spaces in the south of the Munich (Landeshauptstadt München) urban area by 30.09.2028, including: Recording, assessment and digitisation (GIS) of vegetation and use types as areas/polygons using predefined area categories in accordance with the habitat and use types under BayKompV (Bavarian Compensation Ordinance). Recording and digitisation are carried out separately for the ground layer and the woody layer at a scale of 1:500. Recording and digitisation (GIS) of other equipment elements such as seating areas and clipped hedges (linear elements), as well as recording selected objects with barrier effects (point elements). The service mainly comprises vegetation-related mapping and GIS services. Survey area (cover) Lot South: 356 green spaces of different sizes with a total area of 571.73 hectares.
