TENDER DESCRIPTION

Survey of vegetation and land-use types in accordance with the Bavarian Compensation Ordinance, and recording of further equipment elements in public green spaces in the south of Munich (Landeshauptstadt München) up to 30.09.2028, including: Recording, assessment and digitisation (GIS) of vegetation and land-use types as areas/polygons on the basis of predefined area categories in line with the biotope and land-use types under BayKompV (Bavarian Compensation Ordinance). The recording and digitisation shall be carried out separately for the ground and woody vegetation layers at a scale of 1:500. Recording and digitisation (GIS) of further equipment elements such as seating and trimmed hedges (line elements), and recording of selected objects with a barrier effect (point elements). The service essentially comprises vegetation-related surveys and GIS services. Survey area – Lot South: 356 green spaces of various sizes with a total area of 571.73 hectares. The lot covers the south of the city area.
