Building 2: Preservation and Renovation: - Technical access separation of Building 1 and Building 3 - Reopening of the main entrance with restoration of the original staircase - Technical self-sufficiency by separation of sectors: basement with own ELT connection room, distribution room, district heating transfer station, building connection room with drinking water connection - Building axis B: Addition of a load-bearing wall in partial areas - Building axis C: Construction of a load-bearing wall including foundation formation - Creation of 2 rental units per floor with separate sanitary cores - At the end of the rental units, construction of an ELT room connected to the ELT connection room in the basement - Room temperature control via existing radiators - Closure of access from the common staircase to the current WC facilities - Strengthening of fire protection - Dismantling of raised floors in studios as well as studio fittings; instead simple floor construction - Removal of pollutant-containing materials - If applicable, replacement of "blown-in insulation" in the roof truss - If applicable, replacement of wooden windows Goal: The character of the building shall be fully…
