Building 2: Retention and refurbishment: - Technical separation of services between building 1 and building 3 - Reopening of the main entrance with restoration of the original stairwell - Building services self-sufficiency achieved by separating the trades: basement (UG) with its own ELT connection room, distribution room, district heating transfer station, building connection room with potable water connection - Building axis B: addition of a load-bearing wall in partial areas - Building axis C: creation of a load-bearing wall including foundation construction - Construction of 2 rental units per floor, each with its own sanitary cores - At the end of the corridors of the rental units: construction of an ELT room with connection to the ELT connection room in the UG - Room temperature regulation via existing radiators - Closing the access from the general stairwell to the current WC facilities - Upgrading of fire protection - Demolition of double floors in the studios as well as studio fittings; instead, a simple floor build-up - Removal of materials containing hazardous substances - If applicable, replacement of the "blown-in insulation" in the roof structure - If applicable,…
