TENDER DESCRIPTION

Welzijnsvereniging KINA p.v. is an association of, for and by 26 OCMW's from the arrondissement of Antwerp. As a welfare association, KINA is subject to the Decree on Local Governance, more specifically Part III, Title IV, Chapter II. Consequently, the legislation on public procurement is applicable to the organization. For its emergency reception services, KINA needs a reliable supply of food, prepared meals and everyday groceries. In addition, the contract also includes the delivery of a limited range of food products and everyday items for the organization’s general operations and for providing meetings. With this contract, KINA wishes to appoint a supplier that provides high-quality products at a market-conform and competitive price, with reliable and flexible services that align with the organization’s day-to-day operations and changing needs.
