TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement is to select and contract a single supplier that provides and implements a future-proof, secure, and user-friendly application to support the entire administrative decision-making process of the College and the Council for the municipality. The solution must comply with the statutory frameworks (such as the AVG, Archives Act, Municipalities Act, and the WOO) and with the needs of the various user groups. The system must contribute to transparency, timeliness, completeness, and efficiency in administrative decision-making. The solution also supports live streaming and on-demand availability of council meetings and provides functionality for digital voting and reporting of meetings of the executive board (college meetings), in accordance with the applicable archival and accessibility standards.
