TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender includes concrete reinstatement works and coating works on walls and ceilings in the area of the swimming pool of building part P. The objective of the reinstatement is to restore the original as-is condition, which has been degraded by corrosion processes. It is assumed that restoring the original as-is condition, including fire protection-related requirements for the future use, is sufficient from a structural design/planning perspective. The reinstatement is intended to enable a remaining service life of > 20 years and is to focus mainly on the underside of the existing swimming pool basin. On the top side, due to insufficient access—which will only be improved during implementation of the measure—only spot tests/investigations have been carried out in individual areas. At present, it can be assumed that no measures are required on the top side. It is planned by the client that the future swimming pool basin will be provided with a stainless-steel lining.
