The operation of a collective accommodation facility (GU) is being tendered. The collective accommodation facility is located in the Rostock district of Gartenstadt/Stadtweide. The address is: Satower Str. 130, 18059 Rostock. The property consists of several two-storey residential buildings as well as a social and administrative building, a heating and storage house, a guard building, and the associated outdoor facilities. The property was leased as of 08.10.2014 and has been used as a collective accommodation facility since then. The operation (care and management) has been carried out by a sponsor since then. The collective accommodation facility offers space for up to 397 persons. The group of persons accommodated comprises asylum seekers, war refugees, and other foreign refugees. Contract performance is intended to be carried out in cooperation with the respective security company. The contractual relationship begins on 01.11.2026 at 08:00 and will initially be concluded until 31.10.2028.
