TENDER DESCRIPTION
The operation of a communal accommodation (GU) is being tendered. The communal accommodation is located in the Rostock district of Gartenstadt/Stadtweide. The address is: Satower Str. 130, 18059 Rostock. The property consists of several two-storey residential buildings as well as a social and administrative building, a heating and storage building, a guard building, and the associated outdoor area. The property was leased as of 08.10.2014 and has been used as a collective accommodation ever since. Operations (care and management) have since been carried out by a provider. The communal accommodation offers space for up to 397 persons. The group of persons to be housed includes asylum seekers, war refugees, and other foreign refugees. Contract performance is intended to take place in cooperation with the respective security company. The contractual relationship begins on 01.11.2026 at 08:00 and is initially concluded until 31.10.2028. If and as long as it is not terminated, it is extended for an indefinite period.
