Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung einer Moodle-Plattform für digitale Angebote des DAAD

TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of its activities to promote academic exchange, the DAAD is increasingly engaged in supporting and/or creating digital and digitally supported offerings. --- Based on the project “Dhoch3 / DaF study modules”, a Moodle platform has been developed which is now also used by other departments within the organization (https://moodle.daad.de/). Currently, the DAAD operates four areas on the Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle: Dhoch3 (S14), Faculty Lecturers Support (S14), iDA (S23) and VORsprung (S01). --- These offerings differ significantly in terms of content, target groups, language (German/English) and technical specifications, but they all use the same infrastructure of the already set up Moodle platform. The technical maintenance and further development of this platform, user management in the individual categories (including monitoring and evaluation) as well as the training and consulting of the DAAD and the various user groups are central components of the framework contract to be awarded. --- The DAAD uses a cloud server infrastructure certified in accordance with European data protection regulations for hosting the Moodle platform.
