TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procedure is the awarding of the care services in the ZUE Gladbeck Network of the state of NRW, in which asylum seekers accommodated according to the Asylum Act are placed. The contracting partner of the contractor will be the state of NRW, represented by the Münster District Government. The contract to be awarded includes services, in particular from the following areas: organization of the ZUE, social care, leisure activities, care of children and adolescents, environment management, furniture and equipment, communal laundry, personal hygiene items, clothes chamber, communal laundry facilities for residents' laundry, cleaning services, facility management, winter services, green maintenance, payment of pocket money. The contract in the ZUE Gladbeck Network is expected to be concluded for the period from 1 December 2026 to 31 December 2027 (extendable until 31 December 2028).
