The State Office for Refugee Affairs and Accommodation intends to award the service for operating the official mailroom. In this context, the service provider is responsible, among other things, for receiving incoming mail of all types of mail traffic and distributing it in the floor distribution rooms located at the sites, as well as collecting outgoing mail of all types of mail traffic from the floor distribution rooms and preparing it for onward carriage.
