The contract timeline includes the following key dates:

• The service for the contractor (AN) is scheduled to begin on January 1, 2027.
• The completion of the roof construction is set for November 24, 2027.
• The interior construction measures are planned to start on February 22, 2027.

• LOS 2 Option 1: Objektplanung (Object Planning) LP 6 & 7 HOAI for interior measures (fire protection and IT networks). This specifically covers services for the preparation and assistance in the awarding of contracts. Key tasks include:
• Establishing an award schedule and clarifying the award procedure.
• Preparing service descriptions with bills of quantities based on execution planning.
• Coordinating interfaces with service descriptions from other involved planners.
• Determining costs based on priced bills of quantities and performing cost control.
• Compiling tender documents for all service areas.
• Performing necessary additions to existing documentation and on-site measurements for relevant detail points where simple measuring tools are sufficient.
• General contractor duties across all phases, such as organizing and leading planning meetings, coordinating planning services, integrating results from other planners (e.g., relocation management), regular consultations with stakeholders, uploading work results to a planning platform, and optimizing technical retrofitting, construction costs, and construction time while considering material use.
