TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Zweckverband Industrie- und Gewerbepark Raum Lahr acquires, plans, develops, and sells the plots of land within the association area in order to develop attractive industrial and commercial areas and thereby ultimately strengthen the economic dynamics in the region. In this context, the Zweckverband has meanwhile been assigned the task of public water supply for the association area by the city of Lahr/Schwarzwald and the municipality of Friesenheim. This is intended, in particular, to achieve a uniform water price for the entire association area, which extends both within the district of the city of Lahr/Schwarzwald and within the district of the municipality of Friesenheim. The water supply statute valid from 1 January 2027 will be adopted at the association assembly in December 2026. Until now, the network in the association area has been operated by badenovaNETZE GmbH on the basis of a concession agreement with the city of Lahr/Schwarzwald.
