TENDER DESCRIPTION

The present invitation to tender has as its subject matter operational management for the handling of the procurement measures. Since the procurement activities have been completed, the duties of the operational manager focus mainly on processing the contracts for the procurement of medical consumables and supplies with tasks in Germany and partly in China. This also includes the final documentation of completed procurement procedures, as well as the coordination of the required logistics tasks and communication with the contracting parties. In addition, support services are to be provided in connection with legal as well as customs and tax law matters. Appropriate resources for performing the aforementioned tasks are not available in the BMG. Since procurement and its handling are not an original task of the BMG and therefore the activity takes place only for a limited period, the establishment of own permanent structures is not indicated.
