TENDER DESCRIPTION
The overall project “Renovation and capacity expansion of Käfertal Station and the depot” consists of three main components: 1. Renovation of Käfertal Station with the associated track sections and road junctions 2. New construction of the operations workshop 3. New construction of the stabling hall, including the existing historic workshop hall The present tender includes the following services: - Demolition work (garages, bulk-material boxes, warehouse buildings) - Earthworks - Stripping off, interim stockpiling and reinstating the topsoil - Formation of the earth subgrade level, placing of earth materials - Deep construction, sewer and drainage works - Construction of soakaways (rigoles) - Cable and conduit works - Road construction - Construction of foundations for overhead line masts - Construction of temporary surfaces for the construction work - Traffic safety services with signage and markings during the construction period
