TENDER DESCRIPTION
The State Office for Refugee Affairs intends to award the operating service for the Berlin Arrival Center, Oranienburger Str. 285 in 13437 Berlin. In this context, the operator is responsible for managing the accommodation, receiving and providing short-term accommodation for the persons assigned by the contracting authority, for social counselling and support for the assigned persons, for providing supplies as well as for managing and operating the accommodation. Catering for the assigned persons is not part of the service to be provided.
