Finnvedsbostäder AB invites tenders for an agreement for security services. The procurement covers the provision of security services within the property portfolio of Finnvedsbostäder AB that exists at any given time. Värnamo Municipality is the entity that administers and publishes the procurement on behalf of Finnvedsbostäder AB. The assignment primarily includes: ·         security standby duty with dispatch in response to fault reports ·         unlocking on request ·         daily patrolling corresponding to at least one (1) hour per day ·         connection to a alarm receiving centre for seven (7) burglar alarms ·         alarm reception and alarm handling ·         alarm dispatch ·         documentation, statistics and reporting ·         on-call communication with the Contracting Authority Estimated value of the procurement: SEK 4.4 million Maximum value of the procurement (ceiling volume): SEK 5.0 million No specific volume is guaranteed. If the ceiling volume is reached, the framework agreements will no longer have any effect.
