TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the present contract, the municipality intends to conclude a framework agreement with one tenderer. The municipality is looking for a party that will provide security services for two reception locations for displaced Ukrainians within the municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel. The presence of security contributes to calmness, safety, and the prevention of incidents, both for residents and for staff. Within this procurement, it concerns two reception locations; these are listed in the selection guideline. The total estimated contract value of the framework agreement is € 3,000,000 exclusive of VAT. In order to take account of uncertainties regarding the extent of reception capacity as referred to in section 1.4.1 and the services required during the term of the framework agreement, a maximum contract value is set at € 6,000,000 exclusive of VAT.
