Contract Duration:

• The agreement is initially set for a fixed period of two (2) years.
• The start date of the agreement is foreseen as April 1, 2027, and it runs until March 31, 2029, according to the Concept Overeenkomst.
• Alternatively, the Aanbestedingsleidraad states the agreement comes into effect on March 1, 2027, with a fixed term ending on February 28, 2029.
• The total maximum duration of the agreement is 8 years with one (1) service provider for the Security Services.

Extension Options:

• After the initial period, the agreement can be unilaterally extended by the Client three times for a maximum of 2 years each, under the same terms and conditions.
• The Client must provide written notification of extension or termination at least 6 months before the expiration date.

The services must be scalable to accommodate changes in service provision or the number of locations.

Key aspects of the Statement of Work include:

• Incident and Irregularity Management: Registering irregularities and incidents on the same workday.
• Reporting: Delivering periodic management reports that detail main risks, incidents, trends, occupancy rates, continuity, and points of attention for the next period.
• Key and Access Management: Exercising extreme care with keys, codes, and access passes provided by the client, never issuing them to third parties, immediately reporting loss or theft, bearing the costs associated with loss or theft, and labeling them unrecognizably for third parties.
• Sustainability: Ensuring surveillance vehicles meet current European emission standards and striving for sustainability in execution, such as using sustainable clothing or circularity of other business goods.
• Contract Management and Communication: Appointing a dedicated operational contact person and an account manager for content and commercial-legal matters. Regular quarterly evaluation meetings will be held to discuss performance, incidents, improvement points, actions taken, and personnel changes.
• Core Competency: The service provider must possess the core competency of delivering security services in public spaces, managing diverse visitor behavior, and having employees trained in handling aggression and customer-friendliness.
